General Theory of the State Empty General Theory of the State

Since always, in eRepublik, the efforts in the economic area passed through many changes. At the same time is possible to note the predominance of a closed market in the big countries producers of raw, We see these same countries with difficulty on the production of manufactured products, acquisitions of consumer products for the population of mid-level and with the fluid exchange of the monetary market. We see a certain hegemony in many countries with these protectionist politics, but We also see the appearance of spaces (that's still a bit reduced) with discussions that escapes from these traditional methods.

Some members of our virtual society always asked themselves about the tools used by the pure economy, like the juridic theories, to get their results. But, usually, among they that are resisting to these methods, the real critic was on the sense of how these tools have been used - - than a critic about the tools itself.

In reality, It was just a few that contested the fact that the formal tools did, do and must do part of the talk of the economists, although it wouldn't be put in the first plan. It's curious the fact that part of this discussion - and it's implications - have lost itself along the time. I remember what Rockman9 said, in the earlier times of the V1, in the end of 2008:

"... I see a worldwide race after the raw materials that I ever even imagined possible in this game. At this point, I admire the admins, that passed in a superb form one of the high points of the worldwide economy in real life to the eRepublik. Although, like the real life, I believe that the power will be on the hands of who have the bread, not the grain..."

General Theory of the State Zidane1

Today We see geopolitical disputes for territories. But, We see that the "work force" is basically divided between the manufactured products and the raw materials. We see big and powerful countries like United States, Romania, Indonesia and Brazil having nationally manufactured products for their population in absolute quantity just like countries with half of their population. Resuming in a didactic way: the real productive capacity is less than it would supposed to be.

In a common scenario nowadays, a country normal and healthy, in ideal conditions, can have about 1/3 of their days involved with wars/wargames and still in this way the economy will work in a balanced and predictable way. In this situation, the mid-level citizen consumes food daily, uses gifts and buys some weapons in alternated days. Still, half of the production of the country is turned to items indirectly that, although it be a substantial part of the consumed products, don't go directly to the population that effectively needs them.

Just one more time: "... the power will be on the hands of who have the bread, not the grain..." . For me it would be magnificent if this country, even more if it have a valued currency, would have a bigger vantage if it have in own the double of food, weapons, gifts in its national industry instead of dedicate its capacity of work in raw materials. Small countries that have a little or nothing of regions of high productive primary actually have an advantage, and not a disadvantage. It wouldn't be better to have deals and alliances with friendly countries, low taxes of import and buy these raw materials, that's cheap, and invest in resources of great needs to the population? eRepublik is like the real life, where It's better to export products of high technology than export raw materials.

We live in a market saturated of items of quality 1 and 2 in about 90% of the new world. It's almost impossible the healthy competition into these levels, and the situation is aggravated more by the uses of fakes. These ghosts don't consume and are causing an harmful overbalance in the production, affecting negatively the newly businessman. The worse is that in many countries with Q3 industries are going to the same way. The solution? We must work in the market little explored of high quality materials.

We have to work with these Q4 and Q5 industries. Alone, few businessmen can reach in this stage. It's necessary encourage the cooperatives, limited society and the investment in low and medium companies. And, just when it be necessary, the State must intercede for the national industry, with investiments through loans guaranteed by the eRepublik contract.

What We need to do:
1) Invest massively in manufactured products;
2) Promote economic alliances and import raw materials from countries with a low exchange;
3) Invest in high quality companies.

What is the general economic plan concerning, I quote "3) Invest in high quality companies."? Are you going to let the capitalists prosper in low quality products then or are you going to sell the high quality products for a price comparable with lower quality products?

We supply our domestic market as needed. The "General Theory of State" in this article, is concerned to increase the quality of our export industry and to collect much gold for Slovakia.

Our community will not bring poverty to the people. Our community will create and distribute wealth.

I want all with a good house, good food and good weapons. This is important.

Does the bolded part mean you're not going to drive the capitalists out of your market, but let them keep a corner for themselves instead? This is going halfway. You're expanding your communes only to supply half of the people? It doesn't matter if they're party members or not, it doesn't even matter if they share our ideology. What does matter is that if you're giving the bourgeoise a chance to exist in eSlovakia you're never going to achieve full control of the market or in other words, destroy the free-market in eSlovakia.

What about the export? What kinds of products did you have in mind?

Sorry, English is not my primary language. I think I not passed the idea right for you.

We supply all our citizens with everything they need. Always
equally and without any sense of people. The people of Slovakia is one, communist or capitalist (but I believe all will be communists).

This "General Theory of the State" speech only on exports, on how
it is important to develop our industry, to supply our market and
export the surplus. But who will export the surplus? The Government
will export the surplus.

What is the meaning of this? This is capitalism? No. The
difference between capitalism promotes people. Few people have many
things and many people do not have anything. We will, through
communism, we all have much in the same way.

The Government will export the surplus, with the objective to
bring gold for Slovakia, buy hospitals, Defense Systems, buy homes for
all citizens, and strengthen our army.

What capitalism has brought today for Slovakia? Nothing. The only
hospital we have, in almost two years, was bought because I, Daniel
Moreno, and Gutinho, along with all the people of Slovakia, it was
required. And only that.

I know that I am aggressive. I hope that Slovakia has an
aggressive government. But I'm not talking about wars, but to bring the
best for our people.

You're talking about a united effort to bring gold to the ecountry, but you didn't answer my question about your stance on the free-market. The CPSU has developed a way to finally destroy everyone in the free-market except the communes.

This plan involves establishing companies in every single raw material aswell as in the market areas producing commodities. Once the companies are big enough, they will destroy the capitalists one-by-one due to the cheap products the commune companies are selling aswell as the high wages which attract all the workers to the commune companies. Although the latter is mostly only available in companies where the communes are state-funded! It's almost impossible to have the cheapest products on the market aswell as having high wages without going on negative revenue.

Due to the small market in eSlovakia, it will not require you to have a whole bunch of companies of the same products, like in eRussia. In eRussia we're planning to operate 4 Q1 Food companies in order to supply all of eRussia. People are attracted to the cheapest products available, so even if there are hardcore anti-communists who buy the more expensive products in order to support the capitalists, the capitalists will eventually loose their income and are going to be forced to sell their company. In the end, the capitalists will sell their companies to the eCommunists.

So what I'm recommending you to do is take control of your own national economy before you start focusing your companies towards exporting the products. It will play a key figure in your campaign for complete Socialist control to control your national economy before you start focusing on exporting the surplus.

Of course if you feel that you need gold fast, you should focus on exporting the surplus in order to obtain more funds. Although I hope that the SCP communes are going to re-focus their communes towards exporting products to other communes later-on, at a commune-friendly price level.

Yours,
M. Chuikov

Unfortunately today this is no longer the official forum of our community ... Because of the story told in this article ( http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/open-letter-from-a-comrade-about-recent-incidents-877817/1/20) this forum becomes unusable because it is Mannimarco to be the Administrator and he will continue to censor anything against him as he did yesterday .. I invite all the comrades to join the new forum( http://eslovakia.forumup.it) and to abandon this one.

Maksin

You're right. We have to control the economy first. In
this article, I have an idea of how to collect gold for Slovakia in
eRepublik (hospitals to buy, Defense Systems, and strengthen the
Communists).

I believe we can win these elections. But I have
a dream even bigger: I think the communists around the world will come
to Slovakia.

Our products in the domestic market of Slovakia,
have the lowest price. It will be impossible for the capitalists,
compete with the government. But for that we need to win the election
first. I count on your help.

the annoying thing about citizenship is that in Slovakia each congressman can only accept one person meaning each month only about 40 people will come to Slovakia and more will leave

If your dream were to succeed we'd loose all faith of ever achieving socialism in more then eSlovakia, hence why I'm heavily opposed to your plan. eSlovakia is a young ecountry, the SCP is even younger. The PCP, CPSU, SFP, Bloque Obrero and many other ecountries won't just 'move their shop' to eSlovakia because it looks promising. Instead, we could all move to eRussia and become the largest party there. Then we'd have access to high raw materials of every sort, but of course this will not happen, at least not in the coming months.

Besides, if your dream were to succeed, eSlovakia would eventually face external threats. If not military then economical, or perhaps both. Since you are relying on raw material imports so heavily, there is an even greater need for other communes in other ecountries to export it to you.
